Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains what data Pulse collects, why, and how you can control it. Pulse is built by Intrasys, based in Singapore.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, work email, avatar, and timezone, provided when you sign in.
- Organization & presence data — your organization membership, live status (e.g. "Working remotely", "Focus time"), and the tasks you create or are assigned.
- Share-link access logs — when a public share link is viewed, we record a hashed and truncated version of the visitor's IP address (never the raw address) so link owners can see aggregate view activity without exposing individual visitor identities.
- Audit logs — a record of who did what and when, for security and account-recovery purposes.
- Billing data — Pulse never sees or stores your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we only receive subscription status and invoice history.
We don't collect any special-category data (health, biometric, etc.), and this website itself only stores a light/dark theme preference — no analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use it
To run the product: authenticating you, syncing your tasks and status in real time across your team, sending transactional emails (invites, digests, billing receipts), and keeping the service secure and reliable.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of subprocessors to run Pulse, and don't sell your data to anyone:
- WorkOS — authentication, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication.
- Stripe— subscription billing and invoicing (PCI-compliant; card data never touches Pulse's servers).
- Neon — our Postgres database provider.
- Cloudflare — hosting, edge network, and DNS.
- SendGrid — delivery of transactional email.
Data retention
- Archived tasks are retained for 90 days, then deleted.
- Share-link access logs are retained for 90 days by default (configurable up to 365 days) and purged daily.
- Audit logs are retained for 1–2 years depending on type.
- Deleted organizations enter a 30-day recovery window before permanent deletion.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@intrasys.ai and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
